Three Sisters (all small children) Brutually Raped and Killed

Three sisters were brutally raped and killed in India. This is apparently having substantial political consequences in India, as protesters filled the streets demanding justice. The Indian authorities are finally being forced to put more resources into the protection of women. This comes on the heels of a brutal rape/murder of a young woman in India in Dec. This crime rapidly spread through the news, and finally motivated the Indian government to action. With anti female violence finally out in the open in India, it can be addressed by the government and by the society.
